Interesting read we shoot for 1.25 with air drill. Very few on top 1" dirt over the top. 5 days in they are necking. Pissy weather makes me glad they are not deeper. The few on top are growing. 7.5" spacing new seed boots bonilla seed tabs with seed brakes. Like it so far except for a few plugged unnoticed rows. So 2 strips at 30" per 42.5'. we'll see our first year with the rig. Extremely heavy soil. 1/2 no-till.
