Southeast WI | They bumped the subscription to $350 per year now, but now into my 3rd year of rangepoint rtx and it is substantially better than waas. I do all my planting using a 750 and ez steer. It plants straighter than I can drive and while the rows are not a perfect 30" all the way across half mile rows it is still very good. I plant beans between the corn rows and when I reset my a-b points on each end of the field I seldom have to nudge to stay reasonably centered. For the cost it works extremely well.
I also strip till with it and them hand drive on those rows when planting. It would suck trying to use markers to strip with and on my scale I'm not going to shell out rtk like money for that accuracy on a couple receivers. | |
