How many hours? If pulleys on main drive belt or main drive belt too worn it will shake very bad. Does it shake with cutter head off at full engine rpm? If so eliminate fan by taking belt off. Check for buildup of material inside pulleys especially cutter head pulley. Have seen guys power wash out half of pulley and forget other half. Have seen accelerator shafts bend but rare. Check runout with feeler gauge. Does your main drive have play at end of clutch with no belt tension on main drive belt? Large bearings in housing can fail. Watch main drive belt on left side machine while running. Does it bounce around a lot or run smooth? Cutter head checks as per other comments. Need to check knives. Check smaller pulley for dirt on right side cutter head as well. If over 2000 hours my bet is on pulley or belt wear on main drive.
