Taneytown, MD | If you goal is economy, then I don't think you going to see any real return on your investment. Some people claim that, but I've never seen any difference. Having said that, there is no way I could go back to a stock 7.3. A good chip really can wake up the truck. I would recommend that you stay away from the "big box" programmers (Banks, Bully Dog, superchips, etc.) I would get a chip from Power Hungy Performance, DP tuner, or a multitude of people that that are putting "custom" tunes on a TS performance chip. A little research on some Powerstroke forums will help you narrow down which one is right for you.
