Just asking a question. I am very familiar with heat treating processes and procedures. Just how in the world do you double heat treat something ? Sure you can do it twice, but the result from the first heat is negated when you take it up to temp for the second pass. Could someone please enlighten me
I wonder this also as I am familiar as well. Possibly annealed first and then heat treated and counted as 2 heat treats cause it sounds tougher??? Just a guess |
