I'm late replying, but...

Our tw25 has the same problem yours does about losing pressure on the side of a hill. The direction of lean is the same as yours, also. I've never gotten a satisfactory explanation, but I suspect that the oil pickup tube has a leak near the top, so it readily loses prime when the oil sloshes around in the transmission. This is just my thinking-- I've never heard this from anyone more knowledgeable. The pickup tube is bolted inside the rear axle housing, and connects to the pump which is in the transmission housing, so I think there would be plenty of opportunity for leaks. It would mean a rear axle/transmission split to investigate though, and I haven't bothered.

On the brake/diff lock problem, it sounds like the diff lock is staying on all the time, but it doesn't make sense why it allows you to turn one way but not the other. The problem is probably in the power brake valve or the diff lock valve. Locate a dealer service manual(not the IT version), and study that for ideas. I see several tw-x5 manuals on eBay for $100. Some places that reproduce old manuals may sell you one for cheaper.
