S Illinois
How low does yield have to get before they allow it to be failed? Is it more of a wait and see situation? Will most take a full payment on the wheat or take a cut rate payment and insure the milo? Is double crop an option from a crop insurance standpoint so that a full payment can be made and a second crop could be insured? Only local experience in this is a complete flooding failure of corn planted back to beans. So usually go with the full corn/non insured bean route.
