Does not answer your question where to find one but I found this fast hitch IH subsoiler in a barn the other day, had to ask my dad why it had a chain welded to it with a pipe on the end. He said "that's a mole!" I hope to find the owner to see if I can buy it and add to my fast hitch implement collection.
