Iowa - Floyd County | I have one at work, it's not my favorite piece of equipment. Mine has a left hand reverser but there were a ton of transmission options on these according to the book so the one you're looking at may not. My biggest complaint is the hydraulics are painfully slow for loader work, I thought I had a problem and had it checked out but was told there was nothing wrong and that's just the way they are. Also, if you're going to use it for loader work make sure it has the weight package or you have something heavy to hang off the three point as it's really light in the rear end. Mechanically mine has been pretty sound with no major issues in ~1500 hours but I use it pretty much exclusively for loader work so that's why I don't care for it much.
Edit to add: My opinion is based on the earlier TL90, mine is a 2002. In 2004 or 2005 they changed models to the TL90A, I don't know the differences between the two but wanted to make myself clear on the tractor I was talking about.
