if you get the NH don't get endless belts.i got a 560 and at 600 bales the belts started peeling apart.there is supposed to be a 13000 bale warranty on them anyway NH told me it was foreign material and all they would cover is 1 belt.........and I had to put it on .....what the #$@#$%.so all I know is there is NO WARRANTY on NH. any questios call 563-542-3250
I totally agree with you on customer support with NewHolland and Case its very very and I mean very poor! You better hope your dealer that sold you the baler can help you if you have trouble because that's about as far as you will get because they will tell you all questions need to go to your selling dealer. ( I have no idea what kind of help or support JD. Provides.)
Last year I went to the field to bale about 30 acres of dry hay and was having some net wrap and monitor issues with a RB-565 Case that was still under warranty so I called the dealer for help and they only had 1 baler tech and he was on vacation all week. Asked for phone number for Case and was told their field guy covers many states and dealer was only help.
After making some adjustments myself and unrolling and rebaling some bales I finally got the field baled. A little customer support would have been helpful that day . Warranty isn't what it use to be just saying what I found !
