No, but my baler man told me to take one of the springs off. I havn't yet. The problem is partial bales or light corn stalk bales don't weight enough to roll out. I'm sure taking a spring off would solve it (it has four).
I had the same problem, so I took off one spring on each side and it did the trick. I bought my 560 in 2013 and haven't had one problem with it.
