Mid-Missouri | Is that really what Hagie/Deere say about the axle???
If so, at what point does a company feel obligated to repair at their cost? This is a concept I struggle with. When certain components of machines are very obviously not built right, does the company gain more to simply sell more parts or do they gain more in the long run to admit their fault and fix it on their dime. When safety is involved, and/or lawsuits, sometimes the company has no choice but to fix it. This looks a bit like a safety issue also. | |
