Moreauville LA		Easy way

Loosen bolts as far as nuts allow. Pry halves apart some to make a little room. Take razor knife and cut old rubber off

Take new rubber and place where it belongs. Add a little Dawn or tire soap.. Using a rubber hammer, tap it in place then tighten bolts.

I can do 12 in 15 minutes.

I've even done one on the planter.
