The hub is pressed on the shaft. A puller will remove it but be careful when pressing it back on, you will need to machine a plate that holds the impeller straight but puts the pressure on the end of the shaft only. Really not that difficult but if you are as far as the seal you might as well change bearings too, they are not anything special.
