| I am not a sugarbeet grower so I don't know for sure but I know they shut down harvest if the temp gets too high as they don't want a lot of "warm" beets in the pile with that being said I think the piles do still get warm I drove by the one @ Kindred ND on Monday and the had already taken the center out of the pile and they were there with a track hoe breaking up the rest of the pile and they were steaming in the early morning hours so they must be warm.
