NE South Dakota Clark, SD | If you are putting in 12" with your setup, I would dig it another foot or 2 deep. The clay gets very dense when you get that far down. I worked with a similar setup in a similar cut in NE SD and we ran out of hydraulic pressure on an 865c. The tractor could not control the up on the parallel arms. This was preripping with a 6" lift plate and no boot about 4 feet deep in a 8 ft overcut. It did manage to bend the lift cylinders before it ran out of pressure. |
