ncks | I can personally vouch for gilmores warranty program. Bought a couple 50 ft hoses in 1993 from local hardware store paid close to 50 for them at the time but thought with lifetime warranty it should be worth it. I kept my receipt the cardboard cover and even the bag ties holding them together and put them in a big mailing envelop and stapled it to the garage wall so as not to loose it. Last year they both sprung a leak the metal fittings on the ends were corroding through so per warranty instructions I cut off both ends and mailed them in along with copy of receipt and within a month two new hoses showed up in the mail. Put new ends on my old hoses and now I have 4 really nice 50 ft hoses. So the moral of the story is Ya get what Ya pay for good luck | |
