Garland Maine
I have been getting a red hot water rated hose from my local True Value hardware store that hold up very well.

Seems like the package has changed since the last one I bought though, so who knows. The 50 foot true value version lists for $49.99. A quick search turns up a 25' version of the same Apex hose at Target for $18.99, so you could buy two and hook them together for that price.

I have not been impressed with any hose I got at Harbor Freight or Tractor Supply. Last time I needed a hose for the milk room on a Sunday my choices of open places withing 40 miles was Tractor Supply. My wife pointed out that a different aisle had some hose, which turned out to be Abbott sprayer hose rated to a higher temperature and pressure than most garden hose. A couple of garden hose ends for that and it has lasted nearly a year, while the one before it in that spot lasted three months.
