NW KS | They are not too bad. The seals and the pump are the weakest points. As other have said the pumps can sometimes air lock and cause you some trouble. On the cheaper porta powers they also tend to use standard hydraulic seals rated for 2000-3000 pounds. The hand pumps for a porta power put out closer to 10000 depending on brand. That said if you keep them clean and don't use them a lot it will probably last you a long time. | |
