SW KS, near Dodge City | Well, honestly, when guys are investing with cash or considerable equity behind them, like you've said, it won't really matter. My position is that as crazy as it may seem, at the high prices we were at, staying in cash was a better investment than ground. That may or may not be true. And hearing land prices in your area, it sure seemed like they were way under valued relative to other areas.
