PA | You guys could do what my dad did rent a farm for 30 some years then after you die and your 25 year old son is running the farm. 3 years after your death he buys the rented farm for say 45,000 more then you paid rent for the time you had it. the family got to pay for that farm almost two times. I know I'm young but I think I'm better to pay a little more for land then rent it. the way I look at it is buy it worst thing about it is you might have to sell it later but if it works out you well do ok even if you pay a little to much. but I know my dad did what he though was right. | |
