SE MN | The leveraged guys are in going to be in trouble going forward......nothing new.
Again, the guys my banker is the most concerned with are the ones with no land equity. I know several guys that sold land in the 80's at bankers advise.....Every single one of them regretted it since. I would go as far to say a couple of them would call it one of the biggest mistakes of their life. | |
