Anderson County Kansas | You make a very good point. Every farm I ever bought people were saying it was too high, several I wasn't sure about myself. Now the same people say you got lucky and bought ground at the right time. Nobody knows when the right time is. The guys that can afford to buy the high priced ground may or may not be right, it may not be a good investment, but nobody knows that now. If they can afford to buy it, they have obviously made some good decisions along the way. | |
