Not talking about old land, at 12,550 the cap rate is pathetic. With investments like these they won't have to worry about excess funds.
How many times have people said the same thing you just said? Alot of the guys who bought farms 20, 30 40 years ago heard the same thing. I am not saying you should spend more than you can repay but look at the guys buying ground now who have paid for dirt to back them up. How are they earning the money to buy these farms? With income from land that would"never pay" |
