Subject: RE: There will always be someone that can go broke with $8 corn and $2 corn

Thurston County, NE
I have a lot of respect for my banker. He has helped 3 guys out that if they would have stayed on the same path, would have lost everything. They had land to rent out and now it is a better life for all 3 families. Not all have ground to rent out, I know, I am in that boat. My boat (farm) is small but I am still afloat. Yet, already thinking of letting some high priced ground go, have let 2 pieces go the last 3 years and taken a lot of stress off. Looking at the balance sheet and wondering if it would be better to retire. Not even 60, but hate to lose what I have worked to accumulate so far. Wal-mart greeter , they seem to have a smile on their face. My wife said my scowl would scare away the customers. LOL !
