Spoken like a true pro there! Maybe you should have a little compassion for folks farming in marginal country. This deal is tough on a lot of good operators.
Marginal areas really should be areas were guys are very careful with debt ,debt can be bad always but certain farming areas always gets a bumper crop and in those areas its usually easier too sell off a piece if things go bad...... and hard to make money if you only get a crop maybe 3 out of 5 yrs. |
