sounds to me like the triple 19 will work fine. Would be more concerned about putting on stuff that might not be needed by the corn. I wouldn't apply any nitrogen in the fall, too much rain and weather for this country. A ph of 5.9 is a little low but no need to panic, corn will do fine, might need a little extra fertilizer and a little lime but I have seen lots worse ground growing decent crops. Some of our corn belt members may wince at 5.9 but on land that doesn't hit 200 bu. but a few times in any one farmers life it is not the thing that hurts yields.
