Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | I forgot what I used for oil the last time I changed. I had a rather unusual situation. I parked the tractor and got out to look at the drain plug orientation. Luck was with me and I had stopped with the drain plug on the bottom side. Since the oil was warmed up I decided to change it. I put a container on a piece of 2 x 4 so that it tipped toward the tractor and removed the plug. I then looked at the other side to see if I would need to move forward or back once the left side was done. Much to my astonishment, the drain plug on the right side was on the bottom also. It was not perfectly on the bottom but close enough.
I expecting to have to get in/out of tractor several times when doing this alone. It is unlikely this will ever happen again, especially for me.
