NE Iowa | I would be very skeptical of the $30/head savings on feed. That sounds too good to be true. There may be some savings but I would suspect there would be some additional equipment costs for the feeding equipment. Are you contractalking feeding or raising your own? If contract feeding, there would need to be some additional $ to cover your liquid feed system or the supplier is simply lowering their costs onto you. | |
