I think Shoup does an excellent job. It all starts with them responding to the orders they get in a very timely fashion and getting the stuff shipped. Lots of other places that take online orders can fool around for several days before shipping something even when they have it in stock.
UPS delivers everything from Shoup here, and they do a good job too.
