Label says 110' downwind buffer @ 22 oz/acre. 220 ' @ 44 oz/acre. If the adjacent area is corn, small grains, sugarcane etc they can be considered a buffer area.

Page 4 says 'do not exceed a boom height of 24" above target pest or crop canopy.'
