For an 03 with engine history? I doubt it. For a 14 l Detroit, or an acert or emission isx sure, not an 03. Holy s**t, I never thought I'd get bashed for suggesting that a $9000 truck could make someone a ton of money. I know it's a crappy ol frootliner, everyone wants something better!
