While I am sure to be considered and uneducated consumer. When the dealer installs, checks wiring, runs his load amperage and you have it professionally installed with my uneducated dollars I would expect that the company would help the dealer to diagnose and fix the problem. By the way there is and e-mail or two or three to the company. All to no avail. but then again us uneducated need to wise up.
Ps: as to your life, don't even want to go there. When the motor quits with a bin full of wet grain and the kind folks at headquarters say to check your warranty.. All electrical motors will be serviced by the motor manufacturer . take it off haul it to the closest dealer for the motor and wait. I will hold my tongue on who is uneducated.
