Western Iowa		Are you guys checking amp draws with full bins or empty? Is the factory setting the fan for full static pressure (full bin)?

A centrifugal fan will draw less amps at higher static pressure. I.E an empty bin or 1/2 empty bin will work a centrifugal fan harder than a full bin.
