Walk around it and talk out loud to yourself and the seller any flaws you see that will lower the price. Then be really quiet for a while and think what a fair price would be. Once you tell them they will try to bring it up closer to their original price but, that's your call on what you want to pay. If you don't agree, stand firm and walk away. If it is already what I consider a fair price, I don't dicker at all.
