The article was written with an emphasis on policy implications that Ag. May be facing. I viewed it a pragmatic look at the issues and nowhere did they say it was going to happen.
Read the article they cited from Howard Marks, then you will under stand it is not a forecast of the future, but rather an opinion of what could happen.
