Hennepin, IL | I guess first it would depend on whether the debate was over GMO/ Non GMO or organic/ conventional. IMO if it's just strictly non GMO everything, that would fall under both 1 & 3. If it's all organic foods, you should probably start by asking why. You might be surprised what you learn. Talked to a guy one time that buys all organic fruits and vegetables. He and his wife weren't of the belief this food was any better for them, but they enjoyed going to the local farmers market, meeting the people that grew their food, and supporting smaller farmers. And they were more than willing to pony up for that. Can't argue with that logic. So for me, unless they can only come up reasons linked to Dr Oz and the like, I'd say the organic falls under #2. Goes back to the Golden rule many on here like to talk about; the one with the gold makes the rules, it's theirs to do with as they please.
PS The gluten free water would get you a ticket to be ridiculed to the fullest extent of the sibling relationship. | |
