central mississippi | It was much easier to make it pencil out back when bins were not so expensive. The last one i put up was going to take forever to pencil out on paper but it pays for itself in other ways. You are not forced to take harvest price. You can book your storage quantity for any month. The number one reason for me would be timely harvest. You can harvest it earlier with bins and for me you can get more acres done in a day. It is very frustrating sitting in the field waiting for trucks that are supposed to be coming that never show up and you watch the weather and a hurricane is spinning up in the Gulf Of Mexico or you have days of thunderstorms forecasted and you know with every storm more is going to be laying on the ground. My 2 cents for what it is worth:) Also get the biggest one you can afford. | |
