I weighed in at 224.2 this morning. Down 4.6 from last week. I thought it would be more since I was very active with field work all week. I do know I need to eat more food when I am working. I just don't have as much energy eating light.

Temps have been in the 70's for several days now. Too warm for this time of year! 

I will have to skip next weeks weigh in as my wife and are will be on a road trip south to get out of this hot weather. Hopefully I can find some low carb food along the way.
