Dont let them kid you KW, youre its whats called a fill-trol system and it has a fill valve. In your pic fr9m the top down is"air bleeder, air scoop, ball valve, fill valve, expantion tank. Bleedred has a pic on down and his is whats called an ex-trol system, because his fill valve is separate from the tank and his spiral air eliminator and he has a fast fill handle
