Expectation Number 1: The equipment dealer needs to be completely honest with the farmer/rancher on all sales, parts and service. This also includes telling the whole truth with advice and opinions on equipment and service. If a dealer has a employee that has repeatedly had problems with being honest, then that person needs to be let go. This honesty policy will really be a tall order for a lot of dealers, however repeat business would be unreal.
