Sorry...I Can't help but laugh. If you want to run around wasting your life on the tick chasing HFT that - in your mind unjustly crushed the market and contact the CFTC, be my guest.  I have already wasted way to much time on this - non issue.  My time is much better spent figuring out the tells of that formation - which is very repeatable I might add - and making sure that tomorrow, or next week, when it shows up in wherever, I am positioned right, not road kill and playing the blame game later.  Whether it was one more seller than buyers that turned the market and tripped stops, an HFT, or the biggest fattest whale, the net change in the account is the same...and that is what I am interested in and not "who done it".
