| believe that there should be more sharing among the dealerships and mother company to solve problems on the equipment nowadays.many times we the owners and the techs seem to learn more on forums like these than from dealerships.dealerships should also own up to their own mistakes when they throw parts at the machine that don't solve the problems.seems to be a common problem when talking with fellow farmers.i have $3000 worth of electrical components in my shop cupbords that ended up good after new ones were put on.top down{CEO'S}management has caused a lot of this.pushing out highly qualified families that bled companies colors in favor of multi store entities IMO will come back to haunt them. | |
