As many parts in stock as possible competitively priced. Off season inspection/service specials are nice. Parts sales one twice a year, fall harvest parts sale would be nice. (Mail/email flyers for these sales/service specials) If I bring it in dirty I would expect some penalty. Prefer to look around some on my own, don't mind if salesman stop once twice a year and keep tabs on what we might be looking for.
