SCIA | People that show up when they say they will and know something when they get there. Have had several issues with service techs in the last three years. Several promised to be there "this week" for six weeks, then the one that showed up sat there on the phone for three hours and never did anything. We got billed for the time. Just so happens that one of the dealership's midlevel management showed up here, cold call type call, and I unloaded on him. They were wondering why we quit using their place of business. | |
