yeah that's a very good point. most have been pretty good for me but there's always that ONE guy that takes 20 min to look up something. bonus points for the guys/gals that know the more common parts well enough that they've memorised the part numbers
Exactly. You know you have a good parts person when they can just walk to the shelf and grab the part without touching the computer.
