Janesville Ca, 96114 | I used the same dealer too. The sales department leaves alot to be desired to say the least. A couple years we ended up with a McCormick because they told me they don't demo tractors. Last year I contacted them about this time of year wanting to rent a tractor for the summer. Ended up going north because they refused to be competative on rental rates. I have a great relationship with a partsman there, so I give they that business. If he ever leaves I reckon I will too. There has been alot of new equipment sold in this valley the last year and they only got a little piece of it from the biggest operator in the valley. I guess the little guys don't matter to Mr R's sales staff. Funny thing is that every time I see Mr R he thanks me for my business. | |
