Things are pretty good in Minnesota "here". Dealerships not hard up for sales land rents not coming down and i don't really here of any landlord looking for a tenant. I don't think there are over 2-3 parcels of land for sale. All still priced in the high's. Local auction company only has around 200 acres listed for auction...
