Subject: RE: Export sales-Average

South Central Iowa
I thought over 500,000 mt soybeans during Lunar New Year was really good.

I think a lot of funds are already pencilling in carryout of 250-300 and won't change unless there are major cancellations. Right now, I have us at 110 mb over USDA export using seasonal pace and addition by census bureau. Seasonal adjustment I get from broker has us over 130 mb.

Now, imagine what happens when we only plant 86-87 million acres. We always say we're going to plant more beans and when it actually comes, we never do. That would still be a 3 million acres increase and a record by far.
