Missouri | Jipped? I'd love to switch some of my cash leases to 50/50 if I could. "Here" 50/50 is just as he described, except landlord also pays for half of harvest cost and trucking. 1/3 and 2/3 is the other share rent option - where the landowner gets 1/3 of the crop for providing the land and pays for no inputs.
To answer the original OP's question - I don't know of any, but you might check the university extension office or websites. They usually have some rental agreement templates. | |
